Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about cost, evidence, timing and what we can and cannot do.

Do I pay anything upfront?

No. Checking your case and preparing the structured dossier are both free. We are paid only after money is recovered. See No upfront fees for the full explanation.

What happens if no money is recovered?

You owe SBGOK nothing. Our fee only exists because a recovery happened — no recovery means no fee, ever.

How is the contingency fee calculated?

As an agreed percentage (shown as XX% until legally approved) of the amount actually collected, confirmed in writing before any work starts and fixed for that case.

Can there be external legal or court costs?

Occasionally. Where court proceedings, an independent expert, or specialist counsel are needed, any external cost is explained separately and in writing before it is incurred — never bundled invisibly into our fee.

Which claims are accepted?

Serious, evidence-based claims against Curaçao-connected online gambling operators — withheld winnings, account closures, KYC disputes, changed terms, self-exclusion failures and related issues. See Claim types for the full list.

What evidence do I need?

Whatever you already have — account statements, deposit and withdrawal records, operator messages, screenshots with dates and URLs. We tell you what's missing after intake. See the Evidence guide.

How long does an assessment take?

Initial completeness review within 72 hours. After a complete intake, we accept, request one defined evidence package, or decline within 7 business days. A substantive reply within 14 working days is our public outer commitment.

Is my information secure?

Your case and evidence are kept separate from our public website and marketing tools, and are only accessible to the people reviewing your case. See our Privacy Policy.

Is the eligibility result legal advice?

No. It is an indication of whether your situation fits our published criteria, based on what you tell us. It is not a legal conclusion, and every case that moves forward is reviewed by a person before any decision is made.
