What this usually looks like

A withdrawal is requested and then stalls. The operator asks for the same verification documents repeatedly, cites a term you were never shown, reclassifies your winnings as a bonus breach, or simply stops responding. In some cases the balance disappears from the account entirely.

This is the most common claim we assess. It is also the one where evidence quality decides most — dated screenshots of the balance and the withdrawal request are often the difference between a case we can build and one we cannot.

Common evidence

✓

Account statement or transaction history
Showing the balance and how it accrued.
✓
The withdrawal request itself
Screenshot or confirmation email with a visible date.
✓
Operator communications
Emails, live-chat transcripts, in-account messages.
✓
Deposit records
Bank or card statements showing money in.
✓
Terms or bonus conditions cited against you
Including the version and date, if the operator changed them.

You do not need all of this to start. The intake tells you what is missing.

Possible exclusions

—
Ordinary gambling losses where no term was breached by the operator.
—
Accounts opened with knowingly false identity details.
—
Operators with no traceable legal entity or Curaçao connection.
—
Amounts below our minimum viable claim threshold, where recovery costs exceed the claim.

Typical pathway

Entity identification
Trace the brand to a legal entity and its licence position.
Documented demand
A formal, evidenced claim to the operator with a response deadline.
Licensing or payment-channel route
Escalation where a regulator or processor has leverage.
Legal escalation, if justified
Referred to independent counsel under separate terms, with costs explained first.

Questions about this claim type

Possibly. Bank records, emails and support transcripts often reconstruct enough of the picture. Tell us what you have in the check.

That claim has to be evidenced by the operator against the terms that applied on the date you played. We assess whether it holds up.

No. The check and the dossier assessment are free. SBGOK is paid only if money is recovered.
