SBGOK is a non-profit foundation, not a law firm. We assess claims, structure evidence, coordinate recovery routes and keep claimants informed. Where a claim requires formal legal representation, we work with independent lawyers and mediators who act under their own professional obligations and their own separate terms — explained to you directly before you agree to anything.
Depending on the case, we may involve gaming-specialized lawyers, mediators, or other professional service providers to pursue collection of a claim. Any professional working on your case is bound by their own regulatory and ethical obligations, independent of SBGOK.
SBGOK's official website states that, following the Court of First Instance decision dated 6 March 2026 in case CUR202503676, the foundation is under court-appointed management represented by mr. A.J. de Winter. The current management notice is published on sbgok.com. Every accepted case should identify its responsible reviewer. Complaints about SBGOK's service are handled separately from case decisions; privacy and data-rights requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.
